Ahead of the next General Election, you and your parties must put dementia care on the agenda.

Dementia is a huge and growing health crisis. And during the first year of the new Government, it is estimated that the number of people living with dementia in the UK will exceed one million. 

That's why it is vital that families affected by dementia can access the specialist, personalised support they need.

But for too long, and through successive governments, people with dementia have been left behind because our health and social care services are inadequate. 

Dementia care can and must be fixed. The time to act is now. 

When people get the right support, at the right time, it can be life-changing. 

We’re urging all politicians to put dementia at the top of the agenda. Will you lead the way in transforming dementia care so that no one faces dementia alone?
