Dementia is the leading cause of death in the UK, yet too many people are left without the right support as the condition progresses.

This March, Dementia UK will be in Parliament to launch our new report, calling on the UK Government to improve palliative and end of life care. MPs will meet specialist dementia Admiral Nurses and people affected by dementia to hear about why change is needed.
